The goal of the construction is to get heavy E-Field antenna with Well filled inside between the metallic box (diam.90mm) and PVC tube of 100mm diameter. Due to the Well and the heavy construction this antenna is much more less sensitive to wind and vibration that usually produce a lot of sort of spike or/and noise burst on the signal when antenna is moving.
